Our property out on North Shore Drive, Lake Wenatchee, needed it’s sewer to the septic tank line cleaned out. Plumb Perfect got us on their schedule, called and confirmed they were in transit and arrived as planned. The plumber was pleasant and professional. The price was fair. I couldn’t be happier with Plumb Perfect. I was referred to them by a friend for replacement of two water heaters. They were extremely responsive and exceptionally easy to work with. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to save me some money too! We ran into an electrical issue with one of the tanks and Cameron came out after hours to check it and again the next day to run diagnostics. When an electrician was needed to fix a breaker issue, he was able to get someone to the house within a couple hours. Everything is up and running great and I couldn’t be happier. Will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you again!

Finally getting around to this post. Justin H. installed a water line for my icemaker last month and did an amazing job. My home was built in the 1950’s and has galvanized pipes and lath and plater walls. He quickly made a plan that would be the easiest for those conditions and was done in a couple hours. Not even a spec of dust was left behind and the icemakes is working wonderfully. Charge was under the estimate.
Cory handled my plumbing problem very efficiently. He is friendly and polite. I highly recommend this company and Cory.
They do charge a travel fee of $85 to do work in the Crescent Bar area which seems kind of steep.
Justin H was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Worked on to let us know when he was done with one of the bathrooms and then the other 2.
